There are moments in life when care becomes too complicated to navigate alone. A diagnosis. A fall. A hospital discharge. A family crisis. A parent who is no longer safe at home. A caregiver who is exhausted but does not know who to call.

Scroll.care did not begin as a technology idea.
It began as a life assignment.
Long before I entered the care industry, I began my career in technology and business. I learned how systems are built, how companies scale, how teams are developed, and how technology can change the way people find, access, and use information. I saw firsthand what happens when innovation creates order, speed, visibility, and connection.
But over time, my work began to move closer to people in their most vulnerable moments.
I found myself in the care industry, walking beside families who were trying to navigate healthcare, aging, illness, disability, cognitive decline, hospital discharges, end-of-life decisions, and the overwhelming responsibility of caring for someone they love.
What I saw changed me.
I saw families trying to make life-changing care decisions with little direction and no trusted place to start. I saw adult children become caregivers overnight. I saw spouses trying to understand medical systems they had never had to navigate before. I saw people searching online for help, hoping the person or company they found would be safe, qualified, honest, and compassionate.
I also saw incredible Care Service Providers doing meaningful work, but struggling to be found by the families who needed them most.
That was the gap.
Families needed care, and providers existed, but the pathway between them was fragmented, confusing, and often built on chance.
That is where Scroll.care was born.
