Renee’ didn’t set out to build a platform.
She set out to solve a problem she saw every day.

For years, she worked closely with individuals and families trying to navigate care—often during some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives. What she saw wasn’t just a lack of resources. It was confusion, fragmentation, and people being left to figure things out on their own when they needed support the most.

The system wasn’t built to be easy to understand. And for many, it felt impossible to navigate without help.

Renee became the person people turned to—the one who could step in, make sense of it all, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

But she also knew one-on-one support wasn’t enough to meet the need.

So she built Scroll.
